Robert J. Larner, Vice President, specializes in industrial organization, the economics of antitrust and government regulation, price theory, and the economics of innovation. Dr. Larner has assisted litigation counsel in a large number of antitrust and regulatory matters involving a wide range of issues monopolization, mergers and acquisitions, price-fixing, horizontal and vertical restraints, damages assessment, and intellectual property concerns. Dr. Larner formerly was chief of the Division of Industry Analysis in the Bureau of Economics, Federal Trade Commission, and taught economics at Brandeis University and Boston College. |
