During his career, he has handled a wide variety of matters, both civil and criminal, involving antitrust, securities fraud, energy regulation, employment litigation, accounting malpractice, medical malpractice, general contracts and personal injury. During the years of his practice, he has appeared on the Best Lawyers in America list (Woodward/White, Inc.) and in America’s Leading Business Lawyers (Chambers and Partners). Before joining Lindquist & Vennum in 1993, Bob was a partner in the law offices of Hennessey & Mitchell. He has also been a shareholder in Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, Ltd., and served as the firm’s president from 1985 to 1986.Immediately following law school, Bob clerked for the Hon. Gerald W. Heaney in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
