Mr. Franzinger is the former leader of Dykema's Litigation Practice Group. He practices in all federal and state courts, concentrating in products liability defense litigation, general commercial litigation and environmental and utility rate litigation. He is also experienced in commercial contract and breach of warranty litigation, commercial asbestos defense litigation and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Dykema, he was a trial attorney and assistant branch director for the United States Department of Justice in its Civil Division. In law school, Mr. Franzinger was an associate editor for the Journal of Urban Law.
