Bob began his career as financial analyst with Florida Rock Industries, Inc. (NYSE:FRK), where he was responsible for analyzing acquisitions for the company’s mining division. He later became a loan portfolio analyst with Bombardier Capital, the captive finance arm of the global aircraft manufacturer. In 2000, Bob joined Allen C. Ewing & Co. and has been actively involved in financial advisory services in connection with mergers and acquisitions and private equity placements involving financial and non-financial institutions. He is an honors graduate of the University of Florida (BS Mechanical Engineering) and the University of North Florida (MBA). Bob serves on the Board of Directors of the University of North Florida Alumni Association and the State of Florida Police Athletic League Corporate Sponsorship Board.
