ROBERT J. BREHL joined the Company as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller in January 2006. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Brehl was Senior Vice President and Controller of privately-held Atria Senior Living Group, Inc., one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of assisted living communities. At Atria Senior Living he had oversight for all accounting and tax functions, treasury operations and cash management. Prior to that, he was with Ernst & Young LLP in Louisville, Kentucky from 1985 until 1998 where his last position was as senior manager and his responsibilities included work with various publicly-held multinational corporations. Mr. Brehl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. (DOB: February 23, 1962) |
