December 1995 until its merger into FelCor in July 1998 and has served as a director of FelCor since that time. Mr. Lutz is currently the President of R.L. Investments Inc. a private investment firm. From 1994 through 2000 Mr. Lutz served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the executive committee of Amresco Inc. a financial services company. From 1991 to 1994 Mr. Lutz served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Balcor/Allegiance Realty Group a subsidiary of the American Express Company engaged in real estate ownership and management. |
