Robert G. Mitchell, Jr. centers his practice on individual and corporate clients’ real estate needs. He has extensive experience in land development, municipal and land use law, real estate sales and purchases, mortgages and leasing. He has been a city attorney for a small Minnesota city for many years, and was formerly on the city councils of Wayzata and Medina for a total of 11 years. He has been with Lindquist & Vennum since 1974.
Mr. Mitchell is a member of the American and Hennepin County Bar Associations, as well as the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section. He is certified as a real property law specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. |
