Mr. Durham was the Chairman of FINOVA from February to August 2001 and has served as a director of FINOVA since March 1992. He is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Walters Industries, Inc. (a homebuilding and financing, building materials, natural resources and industrial manufacturing company), where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Durham was also the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Dodge Corporation (a mining company). |
