Robert F. Kistinger, age 54, is a director of Resources Connection, having been elected to the Board in August 2006. He is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of the Fresh Group of Chiquita Brands International, Inc. Mr. Kistinger began his career at Chiquita more than 25 years ago and has held a series of accounting, financial analysis and strategic planning roles. Prior to joining Chiquita, Mr. Kistinger was with the accounting firm of Arthur Young and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kistinger also serves on the Board of Directors of the United Fresh Produce Association and a member of the board of trustees at Cincinnati Country Day School and is also a member of the board of executive advisors at the Williams College of Business at Xavier University. Mr. Kistinger’s term of office as one of our directors expires at the Annual Meeting in 2008. |
