Robert Zaniel

Bob Zaniel has been in practice, primarily in the field of domestic relations, for the past 21 years. He has developed an expertise in all areas of family law including child custody and equitable distribution of marital property and has extensive litigation experience. He is also an experienced family mediator. He received his law degree from George Mason University and is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars. Mr. Zaniel has received awards for his contributions to legal education programs and for his work as editor of the Fairfax County Circuit Court Manual. Mr. Zaniel’s many years of practice have provided him with an acute sensitivity to client needs and an ability to dispose of domestic legal issues in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
