Rob leads the company’s development and construction efforts with particular emphasis on The Streets of St. Charles at Noah’s Ark currently underway in the metro St. Louis area. Prior to joining Cullinan, Rob served as the Director of Real Estate for Calamos Asset Management responsible for the firm’s real estate function which, among other projects, included the development of a large, multi-use headquarters campus and a state-of-the-art aviation facility. Prior to Calamos, Rob was Global Director of Corporate Real Estate for Deutsche Bank and Zurich Scudder Investments where he managed a global portfolio of 30 million square feet and was responsible for all real estate activities, including many design and development projects around the world. Rob is a licensed architect, certified facility manager and licensed real estate salesperson. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, CoreNet Global and ICSC. Rob served as Board Member and then Chairman of the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust (1992-2002) and is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations. |
