Robert F. McAnanly is counsel to the firm in its Real Estate Department. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate. Mr. McAnanly’s experience includes transactional real estate matters, land use and banking law. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements for the purchase, sale or lease of commercial and residential real estate. He has represented big biz retailers in the purchase or lease of new store sites and has appeared before municipal land use boards in connection with modifications and/or expansions of existing big box retail stores. He has also appeared before municipal land use boards in connection with site plan and variance applications for various other types of commercial real estate projects. He has represented both lenders and borrowers, in connection with real property secured loan transactions. Mr. McAnanly has extensive experience in title review, document review and closing of commercial real estate and loan transactions. A graduate of The College of the Holy Cross, Mr. McAnanly received his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Mr. McAnanly is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey. |
