Robert has over 15 years of senior level financial and accounting experience in the software industry - including 8 years of entrepreneurial experience as CFO. Prior to joining jNetX, Robert served as CFO for a leading UML software development company. Before that he was CFO for SofTechnics, a start-up item management software company. In both instances, he was directly involved in all components of the business including finance, accounting, treasury, legal, credit, human resources, property management, and risk management. At SofTechnics, he was involved from the inception of the company through its successful acquisition by Mettler-Toledo. Prior corporate finance and accounting experience includes serving as Controller, Assistant Controller, Sales Operations Coordinator, and Senior Credit Analyst for various public and private companies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. |
