Bob has successfully recruited chief investment officers, lead portfolio managers, research, trading, distribution, and marketing professionals for leading traditional and alternative investment management firms around the world. For the past eight years, Bob was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles in its Global Asset & Wealth Management Practice in Boston. He joined the firm in 1999 as a result of the acquisition of Sullivan & Company, where he was a Managing Director. Bob’s corporate career includes holding sales and marketing positions with Northwestern Mutual Life and Prudential-Bache Securities. Bob received a B.A. degree in Economics from Boston College.
