Mr. Useller has over 30 years of operations experience with Johnson & Johnson. He has held leadership positions in logistics, package development, contract operations, procurement and manufacturing. Early in his career, he was responsible for the start-up of two logistics networks (Johnson & Johnson Diaper Company and McNeil Consumer Products). As Plant Manager, he led the challenging start-up of the Johnson & Johnson - Merck Joint Venture facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While in this role, he piloted an approach to Lean Manufacturing that served as a model for broad deployment across the company. In his last assignment as Executive Director of Process Excellence, Mr. Useller was a member of a small team of senior executives responsible for the development and deployment of a corporate-wide business process improvement initiative. He was directly responsible for the worldwide implementation of three improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Thinking and Design for Six Sigma) throughout the seven companies in the Consumer Pharmaceuticals and Nutritionals Group of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Useller holds a BS in Biology from LaSalle University. |
