Robert E. Lustrin is a partner in Seward & Kissel's Corporate Finance Group.
Mr. Lustrin focuses his practice on corporate, securities and banking law. Mr. Lustrin has represented foreign and domestic issuers and underwriters in connection with a variety of asset-backed financings and securities offerings, including registered public offerings, Rule 144A private placements and groundbreaking offerings of project finance vehicles. He also has represented clients in connection with consent solicitations, exchange offers and restructurings. Mr. Lustrin has represented commercial banks and savings associations in connection with regulatory and strategic planning matters and commercial lending activities. In addition, he has represented institutional investors and money managers in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Lustrin received a B.S. in Economics degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law in 1988.
