Bob’s career at Sheehan Phinney spans more than 40 years. As one of our senior members, his peers and the media have often recognized him as one of the state’s legal leaders. Bob represents professional practices such as physicians, dentists, architects, accountants and attorneys, assisting them with formation and then with general representation across a wide range of organizational and business issues. Bob counsels many small business entities from start-up through expansion as they deal with changing structures, employment and growth matters. He also acts as local counsel to law firms and businesses across the country with respect to obtaining liquor licenses within the State of New Hampshire, and serves as a national resource as to ‘best practices’ with respect to liquor licensing in New Hampshire. In addition, Bob has a long-term practice with not-for-profit organizations.

Community Involvement
Throughout his career, Bob has given a tremendous amount of personal time to the Greater Manchester community. He currently serves as: an Honorary Director of Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire; a Director of the Kevin T. McHugh Scholarship Fund (Trinity High School); the Director of Selective Service for the State of New Hampshire; a Director of Amoskeag Industries, Inc.; a Trustee of Neighborworks Greater Manchester and of the Palace Theatre Advisory Board; a Director and past President of New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery Association, Inc.; a Director and Vice Chair of the Manchester Sports Council, Inc.; and a founder and the Secretary of Hampshire First Bank.
