Mr. Bull, now retired, practiced as an attorney at the law firm Bull, Bull & Knecht, LLP, of which he remains a partner. He has been the Chairman of the Board of the corporation since 1983 and of the bank since 1981. He has served as a director of the corporation since 1983 and of the bank since 1956.
