Robert E. Bosworth, 59, has served as a director since 1998. Since September 19, 2005, Mr. Bosworth has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Chattem, Inc., a publicly traded consumer products company. Prior to such position, Mr. Bosworth served as Chief Financial Officer for the Livingston Company, a merchant bank located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, since 2004, and as Livingston's Vice President of Corporate Finance since 2001. From 1998 until 2001, Mr. Bosworth was a business and management consultant to various corporations in the Chattanooga area.
