Mr. Benoit has over seventeen years of banking experience. Prior to joining Shatswell, MacLeod, Mr. Benoit served in several executive banking positions, including Auditor, Chief Financial Officer and as a Board of Directors member of a New Hampshire bank and multi-bank holding company. He is well versed in the regulatory, audit and tax areas of banking. Mr. Benoit was the lead person in two public offerings and in negotiating the purchase of another bank and later the sale of the bank where he was employed. He has also served as an instructor for the New England School of Banking and the American Institute of Banking in the areas of Asset-Liability Management and the Federal Reserve System.
