Experience
Robert assists clients in connection with all types of real estate transactions and land use issues related to the acquisition, option, disposition and development of commercial, residential and mixed use property. In addition, he has represented commercial landlords and tenants in leasing matters.
Robert's land use experience includes representing clients in connection with local and DRE subdivision approvals, condominium approvals, CEQA matters, and permit issues.
Robert is a licensed California real estate broker. Previously, he served as assistant general counsel to a Napa, California construction and development company and to a Bay Area Major League Baseball sports franchise.
