Mr. Paltridge joined Integra as National Sales Director in 1995, has served as Vice President, North American Sales since 1997, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Sales in 2003 and promoted to President, Extremity Reconstruction in 2006. His responsibilities include leading the Extremity Reconstruction business to increased growth and profitability. Mr. Paltridge has 24 years of sales and sales management experience in the medical device industry. Before joining Integra, he was National Sales Manager at Strato Medical, a division of Pfizer, Inc. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University. |
