Bob Hall has defended Florida employers in labor and employment litigation for 30 years, including federal and state discrimination and civil rights claims. In recent years, Bob is spending much of his time defending employers in a series of large class action discrimination suits and collective action wage and hour suits.
He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1991. He is also listed in America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals and Leading Florida Attorneys and is a founding member of the Academy of Florida Management Attorneys. Bob was also recognized by Florida Trend magazine as one of "Florida's Legal Elite" (2004-2006) and named a 2006 and 2007 "Super Lawyer," a Top 50 Lawyer in Central, Northern and Gulf Coast Florida and one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Florida by Law & Politics Magazine. He is also AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Bob was executive editor of the Northwestern University Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif in law school.
