Mr. Wipperman's practice concentrates exclusively on structured finance transactions. He represents originators, servicers, issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, as well as originators in both on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet warehouse arrangements. He also has established and maintained securitization programs for several issuers.
Mr. Wipperman has structured transactions involving underlying assets such as prime and subprime residential mortgage loans, including sub-performing, reperforming and non-performing loans; home equity lines of credit; auto, boat and recreational vehicle receivables; credit card receivables; student loans; manufactured housing contracts; multifamily loans and agricultural loans. These transactions have utilized virtually every tax and cashflow structure and form of credit enhancement, including certain derivatives.
