Robert O’Leary is a Vice President with The Plasencia Group’s Sun South Hospitality division. He is focused upon advisory and disposition services for hotel assets in the Southeastern United States.

Prior to joining The Plasencia Group, Mr. O’Leary worked for 6 and _ years as a Director of Franchise Development for Choice Hotels International, within the Southeastern U.S.

During his tenure with Choice Hotels, Mr. O’Leary was consistently one of the company’s top producers. Mr. O’Leary was a five time member of Choice Hotels’ President’s Club.

In 2003, he was a recipient of Choice Hotel’s Victor G. Trapani Sales Excellence Award. During his time at Choice Hotels, Mr. O’Leary generated almost 100 new franchise agreements for the company.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, Mr. O’Leary earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the Duke University School of Law.
