Former Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer of Pantellos Corporation
Robert Murray is a retired executive who most recently served as Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer of Pantellos Corporation, an e-commerce procurement marketplace for the utility industry.
Prior to that, he served ten years as Chief Financial Officer of Public Service Enterprise Group, an energy and energy services company headquartered in New Jersey, which owned and operated 15,000 megawatts of merchant generation. During his tenure, the company transitioned from mostly utility-owned generation to independent power production.
Mr. Murray also held a number of leadership positions in his 15-year career with Morgan Stanley & Company including eight years as head of the Telecommunications investment banking group.
Mr. Murray was elected to Mirant's Board of Directors in 2006.
