Robert Orozco represents employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment (AB1825), and employee handbooks. He also counsels employers regarding human resources policy matters and employee relations issues. Mr. Orozco was admitted to California in 1999 and is a member of the State Bar of California, Department of Toxic Substance Control - Registered Environmental Assessors Program, American Inns of Court, Phi Delta Phi, and Employers Advisory Council Mr. Orozco frequently speaks to employers and employer organizations on labor and employment issues.
