Robert A. Wiedemer has been a director since December 2003. Since February 2002, he has been Managing Partner of Business Valuation Center, a company he co-founded that is focused on the valuation of private, middle-market companies throughout the United States. From June 2000 until January 2002, he held various positions at Pricesaroundtheworld.com, an Internet-based price research services firm, where he was promoted from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Executive Officer. From October 1998 until May 2000, he was Managing Partner of The Netfire Group, a financial and marketing consulting firm. From October 1993 until September 1998, he co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of a NASDAQ-listed electronic publishing company, Imark Technologies. Mr. Wiedemer holds a Masters Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. |
