Mr. Wayne is a shareholder in the Firm’s Real Estate Group. He focuses his practice on real estate transactional matters including structuring complex real estate purchases and sales, financings and leases, and he also handles development, zoning and construction matters. Among his clients are owners of commercial, industrial and residential real estate throughout the United States as well as major financial institutions and banks. In his practice, Mr. Wayne has also developed extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration matters relating to corporate, real estate, partnership, joint venture, construction and other business disputes.
