Robert A. Tinstman, age 60; Director of the Company since August 2004; Executive Chairman of Angelo Iafrate Construction Company and James Construction Group since May, 2002. Prior to that he was President & CEO of Morrison Knudsen Corporation (MK) from March 1995 to February 1999. Mr. Tinstman currently serves on Idacorp/Idaho Power Board of Directors and is Chairman of their Investment and Compensation Committees since 1999; he also serves on Idacorp Technologies Board of Directors since January 2000 to July 2006; and serves on Home Federal Savings Board of Directors serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee since December 1999. |
