Practice Emphasis and Experience Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Mr. Padway is co-chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Cooper, White & Cooper LLP. He has handled a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademark and trade dress litigation, trade secret and unfair competition cases, domain name disputes and patent infringement cases. Mr. Padway also represents business and financial institutions in complex civil litigation and commercial disputes. He has extensive trial experience and has handled numerous appeals in state and federal courts. His previous legal experience includes 17 years as a senior litigator at Bank of America, and 14 years of practice with San Francisco firms.
