Robert Aldrich has more than 19 years of private and public company experience in finance and public accounting. Most recently, he served as vice president and chief financial officer for NFR Security, a privately held company providing network security products. In that capacity, his responsibilities included all financial operations, shareholder and analyst communications, and internal operations including legal, HR and purchasing. He also participated in four acquisitions, including deal analysis and presentation, discussion with Board and analysts, and the assimilation of operations and financial reporting. Previously, Mr. Aldrich served as vice president for financial operations at Best Software, Inc., a publicly traded global provider of financial and accounting software. At Best, he was responsible for financial operations (internal/external reporting, planning, analysis, managerial reporting and tax/compliance matters) and was a member of the management team that led the company through a successful IPO. Mr. Aldrich’s prior experiences include serving as the controller and associate director of finance for IGEN, Inc., a publicly traded medical diagnostics company where he was responsible for financial reporting the company and its four affiliated companies. Mr. Aldrich also spent seven years with Deloitte & Touche providing accounting and auditing services to a diverse client base, including technology, bio-tech and start-ups. |
