Rob Sturgeon joins ServiceSource as Executive Vice President of Client Delivery. He is responsible for delivering increased operational efficiencies and developing strategies and offering to better serve our clients. Prior to joining ServiceSource, Rob was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Juniper's Enterprise Business. In this role, he had full P&L responsibility for Juniper's $550 million Service Layer Technologies Business Unit. He led strategy development, product management, product marketing and product engineering/development. Prior to this role, Rob served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Services and had P&L responsibility for Juniper's global service business. Rob has previously served roles at AT&T as Vice President of Customer Service and Managing Director for Asia-Pacific. Rob received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton. |
