Rob Rioux, President and CEO of DMJ Search, is an authority on career development. He has twenty years of front-line recruiting and hiring experience with a background in communications and organizational development. Rob has worked for both small and large companies, including corporate giants United Technologies and Aetna. In addition to his business experience, Rob has worked in politics and the arts. He grew up in a politically active family that welcomed governors, senators and other public figures into their home. In 1985, he was selected to serve as Lyndon Baines Johnson Congressional Intern working in Washington DC for former U.S. Representative Barbara Kennelly. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Assumption College and a Master’s Degree in Humanities from Wesleyan University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. |
