Responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations including printing, binding, inserting and distribution areas.
Ensures quality, timeliness, efficiency and safety on the production floor.
Evaluates equipment purchases to position Openfirst manufacturing operations for growth, efficiency and automation.
Regularly interacts with Customer Service, Mailing, Distribution and Sales personnel.

Rob has been lending his talents to Openfirst since May 2007 with the goal of continually improving the plant's day-to-day manufacturing operations.
A veteran of the direct mail industry, Rob launched his career at Quad/Direct, the direct mail division of Quad/Graphics. Hired in 1992, he first worked as a folder operator, then quickly advanced to a shift leader for the Inserter and Cutter/Folder areas. He was promoted to Inserter Area Lead in 2002 and was named into management in January 2007. |
