As Chief Investment Officer of TD Bank, Rob MacLellan is responsible for overseeing the management of investments for the Bank, its Employee Pension Fund, TD Mutual Funds and TD Capital. Under Rob's leadership, TD's portfolio managers and the funds they manage have been recognized as among the best in the industry through the Canadian Investment Awards and Morningstar rankings.
Earlier in his career Rob was Managing Director of Lancaster Financial Holdings, a merchant banking group acquired by the TD Bank in March 1995. Prior to that he was Vice President and Director, McLeod Young Weir Limited (Scotia McLeod) and a member of the Corporate Finance Department responsible for a large number of corporate underwritings and financial advisory assignments.
Bob holds an MBA from Harvard University, a B.Comm. from Carleton University and is a Chartered Accountant. |
