Rob has 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences and executive search industries. Throughout his career, he has built relationships and conducted executive searches with a diverse client base, including leading multi-national, small and mid-size public and private companies. Most recently, Rob had been Vice President for a global executive search firm with a Life Sciences focus. Rob has conducted search assignments for key Executive, Management, Commercial, Scientific and Administrative leaders, working in over 20 countries throughout North America and Europe. With prior industry experience at Merck & Co., Baxter International and small, venture capital-backed medical companies, Rob combines unique international business perspective and insight with demonstrated assessment and motivational skills that bring sustainable, best-in-class talent to the businesses he works with. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He is a member of various national and international honor societies, and the Association of MBAs. He has completed executive programs at M.I.T. and Harvard University in the United States and the Board Member Masterclass at Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom. |
