Rob Fraser was appointed as Vice President, Health, Safety and the Environment in November 2007. Before this appointment, he was President Golder Associate Pty Ltd (Australia) and of the Asia Pacific Region based out of the Brisbane office. He joined Golder Associates in1996, after a long career in geotechnical design of infrastructure and management of large projects in Asia and Europe. His current role relates to provision of risk management and value engineering advice, particularly at the crucial early stages of projects, before detailed design commences. |
