Rob Budetti is the Regional Operations Principal in Cubellis’ Orange County office. In this role, Rob will lead the provision of Cubellis’ complete offering of services to the firm’s California and West Coast clients. Rob brings over 19 years of experience in the architectural, design, and construction industry, drawing on his extensive experience in project management, planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, design and construction execution. Rob’s enthusiastic approach to each project has earned him the reputation as a professional who quickly and effectively builds solid and lasting relationships with staff, clients, government agencies, consultants and contractors. Rob is NCARB certified and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is also professionally affiliated with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a Certified Development Professional (CDP). |
