Robert BonGiovanni is the Chief Financial Officer for Curtiss-Wright Flow Control with overall responsibility for all financial activities, systems, corporate planning, corporate development, real estate, risk management and internal audits. Previously, Mr. BonGiovanni served as CFO, treasurer and secretary for Cordiem, Inc., an aerospace consortia. Mr. BonGiovanni also served as senior vice president and CFO for UUcom, Inc., where he established the financial and management infrastructure, growth plan and strategic alliances in anticipation of an initial public offering. Mr. BonGiovanni’s career also included C-level positions at Citigroup, primarily involved with internal business startups responsible for infrastructure, finance, strategic planning, operations, and systems.Mr. BonGiovanni sits on numerous boards, including CFO Summit, Opsis Technologies, Inside Knowledge and Career Decisions and Directions. He is also a member of the Wharton School’s Technology Management Education Association and the American Management Association. Mr. Bon Giovanni received a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Peter’s College. |
