Rip Haak is responsible for managing all of EqualLogic’s financial operations, along with the legal and human resource functions. He has extensive experience building and leading high-performance financial teams at several publicly-traded high-technology and industrial companies. Most recently, Haak was CFO of Enterasys Networks, a global, enterprise-class network infrastructure solutions vendor. Previously, he served as CFO of Advantage Schools, Inc., a venture-backed charter school management company in Boston. Additional experience includes vice president and corporate controller positions at videoconferencing firm PictureTel Corporation and Wheelabrator Technologies, a billion dollar energy and environmental services firm. Haak holds an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School and a bachelors degree from Dartmouth College. |
