Current responsibility
Joining Milliman’s Tokyo office in February 2001, Ino has been responsible for providing financial risk management services, including pricing, hedging, and reinsurance of variable annuity guarantees. He also supports many insurance companies in the area of annuity product development and embedded value reporting.
Experience
His experience over the last several years includes actuarial professional areas such as demutualization; mergers and acquisitions; EEV/MCEV; and development of actuarial projection systems, a valuation system for variable annuity minimum guarantee, and an economic scenario generator.
Prior to joining Milliman, Ino spent some sixteen years with Meiji Life Insurance, where he gained a wide range of experience in profit management, asset management and management of US affiliates in the actuarial, investment, international, and planning departments.
He served on several committees at the Institute of Actuaries of Japan, including the Text Committee.
