Mr. Lundberg is an Associate in the Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Denver office and a member of the firm's Corporate & Business Department. He provides advice and counsel regarding business entity formation and maintenance, and represents corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities in all stages of development and with respect to all aspects of operations. Mr. Lundberg also represents private and public companies in a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, equity and debt financings, corporate contracting and general commercial and corporate matters. In addition, his practice focuses on counseling public and private corporations with respect to federal securities laws including all aspects of securities registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lundberg was a lecturer at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he taught administrative law and public international law both as a visiting and adjunct professor. From 2002 to 2004, he was an international law associate at Steptoe & Johnson in Washington, DC. He advised clients on international trade matters before U.S. administrative agencies, U.S. courts and international dispute settlement tribunals. Mr. Lundberg served five years as a career officer in the Naval Counter Special Operations Forces Company of the Swedish Royal Navy. He speaks Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and German. |
