Dr. Rick Spickelmier, CTO, is responsible for the technology and product direction at Success Metrics. He brings over 17 years of software development experience to the company, including experience in enterprise architecture, databases and On Demand applications. Previously he served as Senior Director of Technology at Geac, a provider of financial software packages. Prior to that, he held the positions of CTO and Chief Architect at Extensity, a provider of travel and expense management software, until its acquisition by Geac. He also worked in a number of management, architecture and development roles at Objectivity, a provider of Object Objected Database Management Software. Rick has participated as a panelist and presenter at numerous conferences and industry events. He is a member of IEEE and has authored several books and publications. Rick holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University. |
