Rick Rigoli is vice president, finance, and chief financial officer at Brix Networks where he heads the company's finance and administration, human resources, and legal efforts. Rigoli has more than 20 years of high-tech financial experience gained at both public and venture-backed companies. Rigoli joined Brix in July 2006 from Sterling Commerce (an AT&T Company) where he was vice president, finance and administration for the Yantra Applications business unit. Previously, Rigoli served for five years as vice president, finance for Yantra Corporation where he played an instrumental role in the company's sale to AT&T in 2005. Earlier, Rigoli was corporate controller at PAREXEL International (Nasdaq: PRXL) where he assisted in that company's IPO and oversaw the organization's finance function during a period of 10-fold growth during his eight-year tenure. Previously, Rigoli was a manager in the emerging markets practice with the Boston office of Price Waterhouse (now PWC). He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
