Rick Meyer serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Atlanta, GA office representing clients in the consumer products and management consulting industries. Prior to joining DHR, Rick was President of Meyer Associates, a recognized boutique executive search firm serving national clients since 1983 such as Ernst & Young, Underwriters Laboratories, Motorola, WH Smith Travel, Accenture, Larson-Juhl, Kurt Salmon Associates, M&M Mars, Pepsico, et al. Rick entered the executive search profession in 1979 with Ray & Berndtson, a Top 10 search firm headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Over the last 25 years, he has recruited partners and principals for consulting firms involved in manufacturing operations improvement, healthcare administration, information technology, executive compensation affairs, automotive, reengineering, financial services, strategic planning and sales improvement. He has also managed engagements to recruit general managers, chief legal counsel, and vice presidents of manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing for consumer products companies. Rick graduated from Central Michigan University with a Master’s in Management and earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of West Georgia. He is a member of the West Georgia Hall of Fame (baseball).
