Rick Martino is Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources for BearingPoint one of the world’s largest management and technology consulting firms. He serves on BearingPoint’s Management Committee and is responsible for all Human Resources support for the company’s 17 000 employees including staffing compensation benefits performance management training and development. Mr. Martino was named to his position in October 2007 after leading the March of Dimes Foundation’s Human Resources function for more than seven years. Prior to that Mr. Martino worked at IBM for nearly 20 years where he held a variety of roles including Vice President of Global Talent and member of the Senior Management Group. Mr. Martino graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Political Science and later earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. |
