Rick Grbavac has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, organizational development and management. He has been involved in managing sales groups, and re-engineering corporate structure and culture at industry-leading organizations such as Jantzen and VF Corporation. He was also a senior partner in the business development firm of Cason, Grbavac & Murphy. Rick's background in developing marketing planning systems prepared him to quickly understand the power of Cerebyte's technology. While at Jantzen, he worked on teams that created product development and innovation processes that were adopted as best practices. He developed his coaching skills over the course of ten years of reorganizations and re-engineering efforts. A broad background of sales, design, marketing, merchandising and management has prepared Rick to be a valuable resource for the apparel sector. Rick holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Oregon. |
