Rick Graves Vice President of Information Technology, Auberge Resorts As director of information technology for Auberge Resorts, Rick Graves oversees all aspects of the information and telecommunications systems for the company’s renowned collection of small luxury resorts. His responsibilities include the design, integration, implementation and standardization of systems for Auberge Resorts’ six properties and its corporate offices in Los Angeles and Mill Valley, Calif. Graves joined Auberge Resorts in 2001, following a two-year tenure as senior information technology project manager for Wyndham International, Dallas Texas. While at Wyndham, he supervised company-wide rollouts of centralized systems for accounting, guest recognition and travel agent commissions. He also supervised improvements of the point-of-sale, sales, catering, email and back-office systems. |
