Rick Graves has over 21 years of proven experience helping clients solve complex business problems by leveraging innovative technology solutions that drive and enable business growth and profitability. Rick’s multiple organizational roles include enterprise account management, performance improvement consulting, business development strategy and senior sales management. For the last three years, he has helped build and manage SkillSoft’s Books24x7 direct sales organization, most recently serving as a Regional Sales Vice-President. He has over 12 years of experience in the training and performance improvement industry. Prior to joining SkillSoft, his experience includes sales and sales management roles for companies that include Apple Computer, Silicon Graphics and PepsiCo. Rick earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. |
